Mall or Nothing is a Simpsons Comics story featured in Simpsons Comics #116.
Plot
The Simpsons are at the Springfield Mall, where Homer takes a nap on a couch before he meets his family again one hour after the planned time. Homer tells Marge that he thinks he needs some time to himself to get away from the hustle and bustle and rules of daily life. Marge asks if he needs a place all to himself, like a den. Homer decides to build his own room. He turns Maggie's room into his own and moves her into Lisa's room. Marge tells him that she thought he would choose the basement. That night Lisa cannot sleep and she is tired in the morning. During breakfast, the Simpson family gets a visit from Usurpco Commerical Development Corporation, who wants to buy the house to make the new Springfield Emporia Shopping Mall.
