Jeanie is the manager of the Kissimmee St. Nick Theme Park and Resort.
History
When the Simpsons went to spend Christmas at Kissimmee St. Nick Theme Park and Resort, Jeanie greeted them and showed them to their room. She then told them that there was no bath, only a toilet/shower combi. The family quickly realized that the resort was nothing like the website said it was. A couple of days in to their stay, Bart and Lisa went to complain to her about the horrible state of the resort.
