Howard is a non-writing producer for The Krusty the Clown Show.
History
Howard appeared on a panel for a Krusty the Clown Show panel at the Springfield Convention Center. When Krusty wasn't sure what to do on the panel, Howard told him that they were going to run a gag reel. Later, when Bossy Riot was going to drop all The Itchy & Scratchy Show episodes into a bath of nail polish remover, Krusty asked Howard if they had all the tapes backed up, to which Howard shook his head. Krusty then asked him what he actually did. Krusty then started slapping Howard.
