Christopher Charles Collins (born Christopher Lawrence Latta; August 30, 1949 – June 12, 1994), also known as Chris Latta, was an American actor, stand-up comedian, and voice actor, perhaps best known for the voices of Cobra Commander in G.I. Joe and Starscream in Transformers, in-which both of these roles he was credited as Chris Latta. He was the original voice of Mr. Burns and voiced him in the season 1 episode "Homer's Odyssey".
