The Joker is Batman's arch nemesis, and mainly features in the Batman comic book series, tv show and 1989 Batman film, as well as the 2008 The Dark Knight film.

He makes a small cameo appearance in The Simpsons when standing in line to get Grampa's inheritance from Beatrice Simmons.
