The prison psychiatrist is a psychiatrist at Springfield Penitentiary.
History
Sideshow Bob went to see him when he thought that Bart was dead. The psychiatrist told him that Bob was free from Bart. He then unshackled Bob and gave him a picture of Bart and Milhouse and told Bob to cut Bart out. Bob then started hallucinating and went crazy and stabbed the psychiatrist in the leg.
When Sideshow Bob had Bart and Milhouse tied to a ICBM, he started having second thoughts about killing them and rung up his psychiatrist again, who was in hospital. Bob asked him if he should kill them but before his psychiatrist could give Bob an answer, a nurse took the phone off him and told Bob that the psychiatrist shouldn't be speaking.
