• Lisa says she wants to see a Giant Squid attack a Sperm Whale, even though she is an ecologist.
  • At this point Lisa had yet to develop into the character she currently is, and was a typical child, explaining the odd behaviour.
• Marge does not appear in this short. She didn't go to the aquarium.
• This marks the first appearance of Springfield Aquarium.
