Shoplifting

Shoplifting is the fortieth short of the Simpsons. It aired on the Tracey Ullman show on February 26, 1989.

Plot summary

Bart, Lisa, and Maggie are at the grocery store, when Bart notices candy bars. Bart has no money and is desperate for a candy bar. He tries to steal some and is caught soon after. The security guard "scares" Bart, and goes to talk to the manager of the store. The guard thought he "scared " Bart, so he goes back into the room and talks to Bart. But, Bart ate all the candy, and he didn't notice until he looks in a mirror. The family comes to pick up Bart, and Homer and Marge are enraged at Bart.
