Krusty's Non-Narkotik Kough Syrup is a cough syrup for kids that became part of the Flaming Homer.

History

When Homer was out of beers, he made a cocktail from several other alcoholic drinks. In his haste, he accidentally mixed in the cough syrup.

For a lengthy period of time, the cough syrup was the secret ingredient in the Flaming Homer. However, Homer, after he became jealous of Moe's popularity after he claimed the drink, revealed the secret ingredient to the whole of Moe's Tavern after going crazy.
