History

He was proceeding the trial against Homer and Abraham Simpson for allowing smoking in a public place. Homer told him that he admired Mr. Potato Head. Mr. Potato Head then sentenced them to be deported back to America.

He is based on the Mr. Potato Head toy, made popular by Toy Story.
