Ro-gan is a monster.
History[edit]
When Bart and Lisa were in a giant robot to fight against the Red Monster and Blue Monster, several other monsters appeared, including Ro-gan. After Bart and Lisa defeated the Red and Blue monsters, Ro-gan and the other monsters retreated into the ocean.
