Continuity

Itchy's and Scratchy's roles are reversed in the Itchy & Scratchy cartoon "Burning Down the Mouse", which was shown during the television episode "Homer Goes to College". In the cartoon (described by Lisa as "the one where Scratchy finally gets Itchy"), Scratchy ties Itchy to a pole, stacks huge amounts of explosives around him, lights the fuse on a bundle of dynamite sticks and drives away.

Goofs

  • The advertising billboard for Scratchy's Service Station and Lunch Counter (where Scratchy invites people to drop in for coffee) has "scalding" misspelled as "scaulding".
