Steve Mobbs is the founder of Mapple Inc.

Mobbs is a bit of a recluse, spending most of his time at Mapple's undersea headquarters. He makes occasional company-wide announcements which are fed to all Mapple Store locations. Bart Simpson pranked one announcement, making it sound like Mobbs was calling his customers losers, saying he had nothing but contempt for them, and donating all the company's profits to Microsoft.

When Lisa visits Mobbs to ask for a reduced payment plan on her $1,200 MyBill, Mobbs has her work off the bill by standing on a street corner in a MyPod costume, handing flyers to passersby and telling them to "Think differently."
