Ronald Reagan was a former movie actor who later became the 40th President of the United States, serving from 1981-1989.

History

His head can be seen on a pike in the Chamber of Horrors at the Springfield Wax Museum.[1] The Be Sharps celebrated the 100th birthday of The Statue of Liberty in the presence of Ronald and Nancy Reagan. He then complained he could have used that time to work.[2]

He was one of the guests at Mr. Burns' birthday party.[3] Homer plays his "Rappin' Ronnie Reagan tape", which consists of a sample of Reagan saying "well" for several minutes.[4] Homer and Lisa degrade Sideshow Bob by comparing him to the mastermind of Birch Barlow as "Ronnie to his Nancy".[5] Kent Brockman has mentioned that Reagan dyes his hair.[6]

His picture can be seen in the encyclopaedia that Homer uses in the episode to look up George Bush's name.[7] Mr. Burns has mentioned their mission is to name everything after Ronald Reagan.[8]

A picture of him was seen in a book that Superintendent Chalmers showed Bart, before Bart developed an interest in Theodore Roosevelt.[9]

In a dream of Homer's, Ronald Reagan stated that he was originally going to star in Casablanca.[10]

He is also one of the many people on "Ned's List of Laudable Lefties".[11]
