Herb Powell

Herbert Powell is Homer Simpson's half brother. He was "made" at the fair when a prostitute had sex with Abraham Simpson, Homer's father. Herbert became rich with his car company. When Homer eventually found him, the two Brothers made a deal. Homer made a car which cost Herbert millions and made Herbert broke. He left, and told Homer that as far as he was concerned, he had no Brother. A few years later, Herbert came back, broke, and begged his brother Homer for a place to stay.
