Russell Brand is an English actor and comedian. He voiced himself in the season 22 episode "Angry Dad: The Movie". His wife, Katy Perry, appeared in the episode "The Fight Before Christmas".

After finding out that he was asked to appear on The Simpsons, Brand stated in an interview with The Sun: "Once you've gone yellow, you've made it. My ideal show would be where I have a cartoon relapse with Barney and Homer and get smashed out of my mind with them."
