History

After Homer starts acting odd, Lisa asks Special Agent Crawford to help find out why Homer is acting odd. She asked Lisa to forget about everything she has heard about her, before she took some of her Lunatrix for her bipolar condition. She says that she is the best there is at getting people to tell what the are up to. Her methods include torture, giving incredible sex, or just getting them to talk. After she failed to stop Homer's plan of stinking out the power plant, although it failed anyway due to the air conditioning not working, she took some of her bipolar medication and left, kicking Ralph over.

Personality

Annie has bipolar disorder and takes medication to help her. However, this medication often makes her hallucinate and sometimes, she can't even tell her hallucinations from real life. Despite her mental condition she is an at least adequate field agent, managing to sneak into Homer and Marge's bedroom and later knock out Homer. She seemed to be attracted to Homer since he called her beautiful.

Behind the Laughter

She is based on the character Carrie Mathison from Homeland.
