Paul Shaffer is a Canadian-American musician, actor, author, and comedian.

History

When the Simpson family arrive into Toronto there is a plaque at a bus station "Birthplace of Paul Shaffer".

Homer Simpson's favorite song, It's Raining Men, was written in 1979 by Paul Jabara and Paul Shaffer.

Behind the Laughter

  • Shaffer is most famous for being David Letterman's talk-show bandleader and sidekick.
