  • In a recurring joke about Springfield's location being a mystery, the dart that Lily throws to decide where to go in the USA is caught by a gust of wind, misses the map completely, and ends up hitting a flyer advertising Springfield as "America's Least Romantic City".
  • The agreement form Marge holds up has ZABF15, the episode's production code, written on it.
  • A picture of The Tracey Ullman Show version of the family is on Homer's phone.
