The Radioactive Man of 1995! is a Radioactive Man comic story first printed in Radioactive Man 80pg. 1.
Plot
Gloria Grand's assistant, Bobby Bonds, serves her lunch but because the burger has sesame seeds, he is forced to peel them away. Radioactive Man is battling space aliens and Gloria is asked to go and report on it. Gloria arrives and sneaks into the spaceship. She activates the spaceship's time machine and unsuspectingly travels from 1955 to 1995. Gloria does not recognize Zenith City anymore, but she finds a familiar building, Wzen Tower, which now produces TV rather than radio broadcasts. No one has heard of Gloria, but then she sees Robert Bond, who is now Wzeen's News Anchor, and he throws her out of the TV building. Gloria sees a giant robot attacking the city, and Radioactive Man comes to battle the robot.
Gloria realizes that Radioactive Man can help her get back to 1955. When Radiaoctive Man sees Gloria, he forgets about the battle and gets beaten by the robot. Gloria rushes to the unconscious Radioactive Man and takes off his mask. She sees that Rod Runtledge is the new Radioactive Man. The robot grabs Gloria and runs away with her. Claude Kane III arrives to wake up Radioactive Man, and tells him to rescue Gloria. Radioactive Man finds Gloria in the warehouse district and finds the owner of the robot that he battled 40 years ago. The alien says that after Radioactive Man and Fallout Boy beat him, he thought about returning home but his spaceship was gone and only Gloria Grand's purse was left. He realized that 40 years from then she would bring back his spaceship and now he can go home. Radioactive Man allows the alien to return home on the condition that he takes Gloria back to 1955, which he accepts.
Back in 1955, Claude Kane III finds Gloria Grand in an alley. She tells him what happened but she believes she has been dreaming, since Rod can not be Radioactive Man, even if Fallout Boy looks like Rod, so he cannot be Radioactive Man in the future, which means that Claude is Radioactive Man today, which is ridiculous.
