History

On a televised comedy show a man said that if Mr. T and E.T. had a baby they could call it Mr. E.T. and he would say "I pity the fool that don't phone home!". Homer saw it and said that he sure would not want to be Mr. T right now.[1]

When Homer thought he saw an alien, Kent Brockman reported "E.T. phone Homer Simpson". Reverend Lovejoy said that he remembered another gentle visitor from the heavens, he came in peace and then died, only to come back to life, and his name was E.T., the extra terrestrial, and mentioned that he loved that little guy.[2]

In an audition for Krustkateers dressed Bart up him as E.T.[3]

When Homer was trying to get his vision of Stradivarius Cain back, he hit himself over the head with a rock. E.T. was one of his visions.[4]
