History
The opening of the film Gladys the Groovy Mule parodies the opening of the original Spider-Man story from Amazing Fantasy #15.[1] Several analogues include Peter Lewis (reference to Peter Parker), Gwen (reference to Gwen Stacy in name and Liz Allen in behaviour) and Bash Flashman (reference to Flash Thompson).
He was in the video Krusty on the Electric Company. He comes in and starts dancing when Krusty gets hit on the head by a stage-light.[2]
In the montage of kisses when Nikki performed CPR on Bart there was a scene where Spider-Man and Mary Jane Watson are kissing.[3]

In the origin of Fallout Boy, it's revealed that the radioactive spider was about to bite Rod Runtledge until it was flicked away by Claude Kane III/Radioactive Man and onto the hand of Peter Parker.[4]
