Eric Keyes, also known as Eric S. Keyes joined The Simpsons in 1989 as a Character Layout Artist, his first show being The Call of the Simpsons then left around 1997 to work on other shows like "The Klutter", "Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat", "King of the Hill", "Disney's Recess" and "Futurama".

In 2002 he returned to the Simpsons as a Character Designer.
