Burger Plate is a restaurant Homer, and the kids visited while looking for Marge.
History
While driving down the coast looking for Marge, Lisa said that they likely weren't going to find her that day, and complained that she was sick of eating at restaurant chains she'd never heard of, like Skobo's and Dim Willie's. Homer agreed that they should stop for the day, and that they could stay at Homer's cousin's house. Homer then spots the Burger Plate restaurant and decides to eat there. Bart asks if they can pretend it's his birthday to get free stuff and Homer replies that they'll pretend it's all of their birthdays. Lisa then mumbles under her breath, annoyed.
The restaurant has a picture, beside it's logo, of a plate stacked with a teetering tower of burgers.
