The Los Angeles Dodgers are a current Major League Baseball (MLB) team in Los Angeles, California.
History
Former players Mike Scioscia and Darryl Strawberry guest starred to play for the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant softball team.[1]
The Brooklyn Dodgers were on Mr. Burns' wish list.[2]

The Los Angeles Dodgers are a baseball team that has been in the National League since their creation in 1890. Formerly known as the Brooklyn Dodgers, they are known to have the first African American player in the Majors, Jackie Robinson. They won their last World Series championships in 1981 and 1988 under former manager Tommy Lasorda and also came close in 1977 and 1978 against the New York Yankees.
