Mr. Bart Krabappel! is a Simpsons Comics story that appears in Bart Simpson 34. The comic was later reprinted in Bart Simpson: Class Clown.
Plot
Someone has destroyed Edna's apartment by watering several giant sponge dinosaurs in her basement. That someonee, found out to be Bart, is eavesdropping on Edna she receives a sales call from Gil and heard what she had in her basement. Bart is punished for waterlogged his teacher's home by having Edna stay with the Simpson family. Neither Homer or Bart enjoy Edna's company - she whines about everything they do. The bullies hear what has happened and call Bart Edna's husband, and start to bully him. Edna discovers this and stops the bullies, but Bart does not like how she now cares about him.
