Español Para Dummies, translated to Spanish for Dummies, is a series of audio tapes to teach you Spanish.

Bart was listening to them on the AeroBrasil flight thinking that they spoke Spanish in Brazil. When Marge told him that they spoke Portuguese there, Bart shouted something in Spanish. Homer then told Bart to forget all he had learned as it was useless, which he does.
The tapes could have been recorded by Bumblebee Man as he's on the front.
