Simpsons Comics and Stories was a special publication of Simpsons Illustrated which was published four times a year by Welsh Publishing Group Inc. before Bongo Comics Group was formed. It's success led to the decision to form Bongo Comics Group and to stop publication of Simpsons Illustrated.
It consists of four different Stories:
1. Lo, There Shall Come... A Bartman!!

Plot:
When Bart learns Morty Mann, the owner of Radioactive Man comics, is about to have Radioactive Man killed, he decides to try anything to save his favourite superhero. But to do so, Bart has to become a superhero on his own and Bartman is born...
