Dolphin "Dolph" Starbeam is part of Nelson's gang of bullies (along with Jimbo, Kearney, and, occasionally, Nelson). Dolph is recognized by his asymmetrical haircut, which covers one eye and wears cutoff shorts and Chuck Taylor All-Stars style basketball shoes.
Dolph is left-handed, and is 15 years old. He has long brown hair (just like Jimbo). He has an unnamed father, an unnamed mother, and an unknown sister. He is a 6th grade student. Dolph is also Jewish, and he attened Hebrew school, which was first shown, during the 4th season episode, Kamp Krusty.
