The Moe Szyslak's grandmother is the unnamed grandmother of Moe Szyslak.
History
When Homer asked Moe for a glass of water, Moe said that was the stuff that killed his grandmother.[1]
Moe reminesces his mother teaching him Macedonian. Right after, Moe has a flashback of his grandmother telling him in Macedonian that he's useless, contributing nothing, and a leech.[2]
Behind the Laughter
The framed picture of Moe's grandmother having green skin and being killed by water is a reference to the Wicked Witch of the West from The Wizard of Oz.
