Flabby Road is a parody of Abbey Road by The Beatles. As part of the parody, it shows Bart walking barefoot, in the same position as Paul McCartney in the original cover.
The Simpsons had previously parodied Abbey Road on the cover of issue 910 of Rolling Stone.
