Not Rami Malek
The guest host of an episode Saturday Night Live doesn't do the Weekend Up part and the image doesn't look anything like Rami Malek. The hairstyle, the mouth movement, tapping the pen on the desk are Colin Jost signatures. The line isn't that Rami Malek is the guest host, it's "Host, Rami Malek or better." so it's about doing a spot on Weekend Update which is done with Colin Jost and not that week's guest host and the PR plan is appear when the host isn't specifically Rami Malek, but "Rami Malek or better."
