Bart has just attempted a stunt that got him sent to the emergency room
Marge: BART! Oh, my special little guy! We were so worried!
Marge smothers Bart with kisses
Homer: Marge, we are supposed to be mad at him!
Lisa: Bart, are you all right?
Bart: Better than all right! I got stitches!
Bart removes his bandages to show family
Simpson family{in unison}: Ewww!
Bart: Maybe even a scar!
Doctor Hibbert: Mr. and Mrs. Simpson, Bart told me he injured himself attempting to train for a career as a death-defying stuntman?
Marge: Well, Doctor, we saw a daredevil show last night and you know what they say. Monkey see, monkey do.
Dr. Hibbert: Hmmm. Perhaps I can discourage Bart from this sort of behavior.
Dr. Hibbert escorts family into a children's ward
Dr. Hibbert: What you are about to see are the stark reality of impersonating professional sports, movies, television, and other entertainment-related violence. Points out a boy with his leg in a cast reading a book Bart, this little boy broke his leg...trying to fly like Superman. Points out another boy in head bandages This boy's brother hit him on the head with a wrench...mimicking a recent wrestling match seen on TV. We will not even subject you to the horrors of our "3 Stooges Ward".
Marge: My goodness, Dr. Hibbert! I had no idea TV was such a dangerous and powerful influence.
Dr. Hibbert{signature laugh}: Well, it is a small price to pay for countless hours of free, top-notch entertainment!
Homer: Amen!
Marge: Bart, Dr. Hibbert went out of his way to show you what can happen. What do you say to him?
Bart: I learned a serious lesson today. Thank you, Dr. Hibbert. Shakes Dr. Hibbert's hand, but it is obvious Dr. Hibbert doubts Bart's sincerity
Dr. Hibbert: Hmmm
