Mr Fisk is the father of Eugene in Homer's Night Out. On Father's Day, Eugene gave him his favourite baseball glove. He attends Eugene's buck's night at The Rusty Barnacle and makes a speech. He and Eugene are the only ones disgusted by the drinking and smoking and when the bellydancer arrives, he tells Eugene they're in Hell.
