Well, I'm confuse. In Jacqueline's article, it said they are siblings, but in this article, it said Jacqueline is here neice. So depend if Jacqueline her niece then it would be Alvarine's maiden name of Bisque. If she is Jacqueline's siblings, then it would be Jacqueline's maiden of Gurney. I personally the latter; She's Jacqueline's sister, and have the last name of Gurney. Like Ferdinand Gurney, Gladys and even Marge like to color their hair blue. I'm going to rewatch that episode real quick. [[User:Seasrmar|Seasrmar]] 22:01, January 16, 2010 (UTC) | Well, I'm confuse. − | Ok, I've just rewatch the first few minutes of that episode, where Marge announce Gladys's death. She told the kids "'''Your''' great aunt Gladys have passed away." So yeah, from what I see, that's from the kids point of view because she use the word your. Because if it was her, even if she want to relate to the kids, she would have just say great aunt, without the word yours. Also, Patty and Selma call her auntie, not great auntie. So somebody got to fix this article then. Why is the name of Gladys also Bouvier? That doesn't seem correct, because Gladys' sister Jaqueline only got the name because she married Clancy. If Glady's was never married, she would have had her maiden name. --10.8.2.70 11:22, 5 January 2009 (UTC)
True, but i don't think they have revealed her maiden name.Sgtcook 21:46, 13 January 2009 (UTC)
You're right, she would have the last name of Bisque, which is her sister, Alvarine, maiden name. I do not know how to make the correction. Can someone else do it? Seasrmar 21:33, January 16, 2010 (UTC)
The Simpsons Family uncensoured family album shows Jacqueline Bouvier as Ingrid Gurney. and does not show gladys as a sister of "Ingrid" (though it only shows her parents) or as one of Clancy's three siblings. Therefore, and by family hair, it is assumed she is on Jacquelines side, but unless Ingrid (or Jacqueline) is a name changed or a middle name, I think its safe to say that Gladys definitly is not a Bouvier, but it should not be changed to Gurney, just left to Gladys. Are we sure her sister is Alvarine? Im pretty sure Marge said Great Aunt Gladys, but that could easily mean to kids point of view. Kingcjc 21:56, January 16, 2010 (UTC)
