In this episode, a pastiche of Reservoir Dogs, [[Itchy]] is seen splashing gasoline over [[Scratchy]] and cutting his ear off with a penknife to Steelers' Wheel's "Stuck in the Middle With You", which is a direct reference to Reservoir Dogs. A cartoon Quentin Tarantino then appears and says, "What I'm trying to say is that violence is everywhere, man, it's like even in breakfast cereals man..." At that point Itchy jumps up and chops Tarantino's head off with his knife. Itchy and Scratchy high-five and dance around Tarantino's freshly decapitated body, similar to a dance scene in his film Pulp Fiction.

Itchy draws a straight razor and the camera pans away from Scratchy's chair. While Scratchy is out of the frame, Itchy cuts his ear off with the razor.
