Tom, voiced by Phil Hartman, is Bart's "Bigger brother" from "Brother From the Same Planet". After Bart and Homer had a falling out, Bart decided to try getting a new dad through the Bigger Brother program. He was given Tom, a cool Navy pilot who owns a motorcycle and treats Bart extremely well. Eventually, Homer finds out and gets his own "Son" through the program named Pepi. Homer and Tom eventually meet and get into a huge fight. In the end, Homer is injured and Tom becomes Pepi's new Bigger Brother.
