When Lisa is home sick from school with the mumps, she and Marge watch as Marguerita confuses that she has become pregnant by her lover Jack although he cruelly will not publicly admit paternity. They are interrupted by a resurrected Father McGrath.
While Bart is doing grueling yard work for her, Mrs. Glick watches another scene between Marguerita and Jack where they passionately embracing despite Marguerita now be married to someone else.
