History
Courtney is a teenage girl who has through unexplained means become a justice on the Supreme Court of the United States. In the scene from the show that Homer sees on Tube Town, Courtney and the other justices are hearing a case. Courtney spots a boy in the courtroom whom she apparently finds attractive, as she completely loses control of her speech, making weird noises and faces as soon as she notices him.
