The Bloody Hangman is a character in a story made by Homer.

History

On a stormy night, Homer is telling a story about The Bloody Hangman. He hangs people with his noose, that is strong enough to hang ten moose. He was chasing a person down an alley, singing his ancient land-shanty: "Kershaw Kershew, I'm after you. With my bloody noose, strong enough to hang ten moose."

After the story finishes, Homer sees something smash through the window and believes that his story is true and that The Bloody Hangman is real and runs away.
