Due to an idea from Lisa, the town will provide LED light bulbs to everyone but the people start arguing over political implications. The rage from the people rip open cracks in the ocean floor, till two kaiju creatures, Red Monster and Blue Monster. emerge from them, with opposite ideas, just like the people. The monsters start destroying building in town. When the two monsters start fighting each other, Professor Frink comes out with a solution, having built a robot to fight them.

Only two siblings working in perfect harmony could use it, and Bart and Lisa are chosen. The beginning is not easy, as they argue inside the robot. Lisa gets surprised there're only two monsters once she realizes how mad the world got, and another monster, the Four chan Saurus, FacebookZilla, Mecha-Reddit amd Ro-Gan appear. After seeing the monsters make Homer roll away inside a donut and enjoying it, the two start working together and defeat the original two monsters, making the other flee. The two then tell the people of Springfield they'd have to calm themself down and abandon social media to avoid resurging of the monsters, but sooner humanity was destroyed, with only Bart and Lisa remaining on the carcass of the robot, contemplating how society fell so easily, due to internet.
