- Yentah: Yes! It is Backseid, planning to lay claim to Earth in pursuit of a "bigger piece of the pie"... ... But you didn't hear that from me!!
- Yentah: But selfless Obrian, Earth already has a super-powered protector. He calls himself "Radioactive Man"! His base of operations is in the American city of Zenith, and he's their undefeated champion of justice. But I hear he has trouble getting dates in his everyday identity!
- Claude Kane III: We flagged down the same cab, let's take advantage of our chance meeting!
- Gloria Grand: [thinking] "Chance meeting." Yeah, right!! He was following me for blocks! I can't decide if Claude's a creep... or just a drip!
