The Quick & Fresh is a convenience store in Springfield that replaced the Kwik-E-Mart that was destroyed by Wiggum. It was managed by Jay. Apu was also an employee but was soon fired.

Profile

The Quick & Fresh is a store full of hip, health food. All of its food didn't contain preservatives.

History

The Quick & Fresh was built in place of the Kwik-E-Mart once Jay took over from Apu after becoming the owner of all its stakes. To restore the Kwik-E-Mart, Homer asks Bart to return to his pranks and take down the store. Bart shuts down the power in the store, making all its organic health food go to waste due to a lack of preservatives. A bag of hot massage stones fell on Apu's work shirt and engulfed the store. The Springfield Fire Department couldn't stop the flames due to the foam tank being empty after having being all used in the parade and the store burnt down. It was replaced by a newly re-built Kwik-E-Mart.
