Eliza Simpson is a detective in 1890's London.
History[edit]
Eliza Simpson and Dr. Bartley took on the case of the Mutton Chop Murderer, which Inspector Wiggum was also on. Simpson and Bartley visited the morgue where Inspector Wiggum told Eliza that they had already caught the criminal, Apu, despite there being no evidence. Simpson and Bartley then visited the Emporium of Exotica to find out what the owner knew about the swords used by the killer. As he went to the back room, he was killed by the Mutton Chop Murderer.
