Sondra is a character in the film A Christmas Ornament for Christmas.

When the actors for Jeff and Sondra were filming their lines, they used the wrong names, which were the names of their characters from the last film they recorded. In the film, Jeff told Sondra that her family's Christmas megastore was going to put his mom-and-pop ornament shop out of business. Sondra then told Jeff that the moment they had at Christmas Creek made her care about him as well as her career.
