Frank is a man who attended the Super Bowl XXXIX.
History[edit]
Frank was in the crowd during the Super Bowl, but his seat was directly behind Marge. Frank complained that he had paid $1,000 for the seat but he couldn't even see the game because Marge's hair was in the way. Marge told Frank to just poke through and Frank put his head through Marge's hair. When it was time for Homer's half-time show, Marge told Frank to get ready. However, Frank had gone to the men's room and had been replaced by Joe, who also had his head in Marge's hair.
