Bart the Rake is a Simpsons Comics story first printed in Simpsons Comics #231.
Synopsis[edit]
- "Bart and Milhouse start their own leaf raking business. Will it be a success? The answer is blowin' in the wind!"
Plot[edit]
Bart and Milhouse need money for the new Bonestorm 3: Into the Marrow game. They find out that Ned can't rake leaves because he has injured his arm, so they offer to rake the leaves. Milhouse doesn't like this idea, but he agrees to help him. Their next customers are Snake, Professor Frink and Crazy Cat Lady. They soon have enough money to buying the game, but the wind starts to blow and Snake complains because their advertising claims that they control the weather. Bart does not like it and finds out that it was Milhouse's idea, so they must rake his lawn again. They rake leaves for Luigi, but when they finish the leaves fly back to the lawn after the bullies use a leaf blower. Milhouse is not going to rake them again, so Luigi lets his brother Mario help them.
