History[edit]
Chief Wiggum had a dream where he was a cop in the future and was putting down a riot at a space jail. In reality, however, he was attacking costumed attendees at the Bi-Mon-Sci-Fi-Con. One of the convention-goers seen fleeing in panic was costumed as Goku.
