I seem to recall there was a "Next issue" page that advertised the contents of the US Simpsons Comics #12 (the bio-dome story) but got replaced with something else, and when someone complained in a subsequent Junk Mail we were told that it would appear one day. Given that this was almost 20 years ago, it look like it may never happen - should this be mentioned somewhere? And is it worth mentioning as (to my knowledge) the only main story that has never been reprinted in the UK comic? (Apart from the ones that it hasn't caught up with yet, of course.)

:It was eventually printed in ''The Best of the Simpsons'' about 5-6 years later, but it is very odd how it wasn't included in the main run. I wonder if there was a real life event happening around the same time that made them unwilling to publish it (similar to how "The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson" didn't return to syndication for a while), or maybe they just forgot. I'll make sure it gets mentioned in a few articles.--[[User:Zenthor|Zenthor]] ([[User talk:Zenthor|talk]]) 18:43, April 10, 2016 (EDT)

Simpsons Comics (US) #12 not reprinted?[edit]

I seem to recall there was a "Next issue" page that advertised the contents of the US Simpsons Comics #12 (the bio-dome story) but got replaced with something else, and when someone complained in a subsequent Junk Mail we were told that it would appear one day. Given that this was almost 20 years ago, it look like it may never happen - should this be mentioned somewhere? And is it worth mentioning as (to my knowledge) the only main story that has never been reprinted in the UK comic? (Apart from the ones that it hasn't caught up with yet, of course.) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.3.184.24 (talk) 04:54, March 12, 2016

It was eventually printed in The Best of the Simpsons about 5-6 years later, but it is very odd how it wasn't included in the main run. I wonder if there was a real life event happening around the same time that made them unwilling to publish it (similar to how "The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson" didn't return to syndication for a while), or maybe they just forgot. I'll make sure it gets mentioned in a few articles.--Zenthor (talk) 18:43, April 10, 2016 (EDT)
