Giggles is a personal injury clown.
History[edit]
Giggles was a lawyer for the TV show Steel Chef. When Homer got injured on set, Giggles offered to send the Simpson family on holiday to a country of their choice. After ruling out multiple other countries that the Simpsons had already been to, Giggles sent them to Scotland again.
